Is it possible to asign an effect only when sprinting?

Maybe in a combo file...but I'm not sure. At least there are no ODF commands like "SprintEffect = abc".

Like for instance someone starts sprinting and a big green flash goes off once.

You could make it in the sprint attack but not the actual sprint
