Already tried the storm to darktrooper req thing. When you start it, you only have 4 classes, and i still get the darktrooper problem.

Well, I'm making a new shipped "mission.lvl" file... I'll upload it as soon as possible, so you'll be able to check if your problem is due to that file or to your new side...

OK, Astute, here it is...
You just have to extract that archive in the "LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront\GameData\Data\_LVL_PC" directory, to replace the existing "mission.lvl" file. Of course, do not forget to make a back-up of the original file, as I do not guarantee the success of that operation...
After that, launch any shipped map, and see if the Dark Trooper is correctly replaced by your Storm Commando... (Note : "imp_inf_dark_trooper" and "imp_inf_dark_troopersnow" have been changed by "imp_inf_storm_commando", since I think you've not made any "imp_inf_storm_commandosnow" *.ODF or *.REQ file in your new side...)
If it doesn't work, then you should perhaps submit me your Storm Commando files and all other ones you've tweaked or created for your "imp.lvl" file...

Well cool, your mission.lvl fixed it (though i scanned through it and it looked identical to my earlier one?!?). Thx for the help guys, hopefully i can get a mod up soon.

btw, how do i localize it so it applies to all maps?

You can't re-localize shipped stuffs (Sides, options' captions, etc...), but I know a way to help you fixing that problem... Just give me a list of the "items" (Units, weapons, etc...) you'd like to re-localize, and the new names you'd wish to give to them...

Hmm, i'll give you the names later, since i only have the storm commando working. Saves time and work by getting them all in one swoop.
