and the helmettexture. anyway, the skin is nice, even though the marking could be abit more opaque and worn
I didn't use the helmet texture from NeoMarz commando, unless that was the one Deviss used. The skin is basically for the shipped Geonosis map in BF1, so the armour would be a bit less scratched, but I see your point, although I will probably make a much more worn version for the other Republic sides.
I find the NeoMarz one doesn't respond very well to BF1, it's too detailed, causing practically all other units on the field (yours and enemis) to constantly go into low-res mode. This one's less detailed but I like the results too
VF501 used neomarz's helettexture and deviss didnt replace it, so its still neomarz's
and yeah, you got a point about the "wornness", even though the commandos in rc were worn all the time, the got that probably in simulations

I've never played RC before so I've only ever seen pictures of the Clone Commandos, but I started to think that as well. I do note Boss has one shoulder unpainted but I'm limited by the model which is partially remapped but the shoulders don't seem to have been remapped.
Just a quick change to Boss (Contrasting, scratches)
Hidden/Spoiler:
Again: Credits to VF501 for the model, NeoMarz for helmet and belt textures, Deviss for improvements.
the markings look better now.
the layout is actually a bit different tough, half of the ellbowpads is colored and only a small part of the shoulderpads and on the backpack these pushed in rectangels on the left and right and the area below arent marked. furthermore there is a colored vertical stripe on the back of the helmet. (in case you try to make a completely accurate boss)

It's based on Boss but it's not needed to be completely accurate since there will be about 3 on the map at any time in my mod. As I said I've only ever seen pictures of Boss... and they are all frontal shots. It might be a good idea for me to use NeoMarz's commandos as a reference.
