Me and Egg Guts were talking about my... well technically it is our new map.. well i think we need some locals, he said he would explain it but he never got to it so can some1 explain how to put locals in, and how to make CP's neutral, as well as CP's for the Locals "if such thing Exists" Thnx

Penguin wrote a tutorial about it but there was a typo that messed up the localization for the teams.

As for making a CP neutral, when you have one selected there should be a small box on the lower left that says "team" set it to "0"
