Mos Eisley Cantina *BETA 0.25 RELEASED!*

This is an ALPHA of the Mos Eisley Cantina.

When reviewing please keep in mind:
- This is meant to only be the Cantina. Nothing else
- This is not intended to be a huge strategy map. Just a tiny, action-filled battle.

Do not say 'The map is too small' or 'The other buildings should be farther apart' because that is the intention.

Also keep in mind this is my first major map out okay? This isn't the painstaking 5-month work most of you do, this is just a short thing I started a week ago.

Hmm...small map full of blasters, sounds fun:evil: Dling right now.*congrats on your first map, even if its not a huge thing like most others this could be a good start for you*

Hmm....... if it's just a cantina then I don't think I'll D/L till the final. I still might be skeptical then too.

I few things I found:
1.)For some reason Clone Wars crashed for me :?
2.) Empire is over powered they always win.
But other than that it okay. Hye if you made like 4-10 single buliding themed battles(like this) for Tatoonie and then combined them into one map(with non-enterable bulidings in between to make it look like a town) this would make a good map *just an idea*.

-Clone wars crashed for me too.
-Get rid of the hero characters. They are extremely unbalanced.
-Change the sky to the Tatooine sky.
-Add a tight circle of buildings around the map to prevent players from leaving the map.
-Move the CPs down. There's no reason for them to be so high in the air.
-Add some more CPs around and in the Cantina and make them captuarble.
-The AI got stuck around the side of the cantina a lot.

Yes, the Clone Wars problem lied with the heroes. I'll fix it ASAP.

This map is also good for chatting online with Internet, too. If anyone starts a server, feel free to say so here! :)

I predict the BETA 0.5 will be available in a few days. I am a fast worker of course.

Don't mind at all.

I'm at work on the next version. Already done with a new world.

Problems:
- CPs refuse to stop floating, despite that they are on the ground in ZE
- Balancing Issues must be fixed.

Other than that, it's almost ready for BETA.

i would like a download.

a suggestion, why would ims and rebels be fighting? why cant it be some brawl between two shady gangs who come across one another. it could consist of humans, rodians, well, to tell the truth thats all i can think of, oh and trandos.

no, i meant why would they be fighting exactly at that cantina. and with a big force!

i meant a gang. and even no rods or trandos, it could still be just humans. :P

P.S chalum, the wookiee owning the place, why don he be a local in the bar, dispensing drinks like he was dispensing health and ammo. the effects can be from healing to rage(u know, alcohol isn't that healthy!) the model could jus be a cylinder! with the label drink.

I would recommend hosting your files on a more permanent site. I hope you read the part about our deleting the beta boards once the beta testing stage is over.

The map looks like a fun play.

my review(second version):

Bugs:

-cps are still in the air.

-there are still heroes accessible in the troop rooster

-cps are capturable from a distance inside the cantina(makes the game too
short)

-explain this:

well, at least I(or any bot) spawns at the roof of the cantina.


Misc:

what happened to the xl like enviro that came in the first version?
so many troopers there its like, BOOM.
