Exporting .msh With Textures [Solved]

Hey GT Community,

I'm having a strange issue when it comes to exporting props. Sometimes, a prop will export just fine when I apply the .TGA file to it; but for some .OBJs, it will only export as a white .MSH in the mshviewer :?

Any ideas as to why this is happening for those models specifically?

Thanks in advance!

I had a problem with an fbx model. I imported it, but the model was shown invisible in XSI. I fixed it by deleting some "custom properties" under the mesh and the material. Then i readded the texture with Material>phong>....
Maybe you can try this for your model, too

So I click on Material>Phong and this menu pops up:
Hidden/Spoiler:

Not sure what to do from here to be honest

Edit:
Not relevant to the topic, but what's the limit of polygons that I can have per model?
