well, i got a question, were we supposed to copy the addme.script and the enable-disable thing to the folder containing the DATA folder? Like it was set up in the zip? Because my game won't run now and I forgot to back up the files... now i feel like my compy is :emp:

Anyway, i'm reinstalling the game because I think I just mixed up files and deleted some without backing them up.

I just wanted to let you guys know it might not work with the current config if u already have the BF2 Conversion Pack (incase the game crash wasn't my fault.)

Darth Death Row, it isn't just one map, so it wont come up on the list. what it does is make all game types available to all the original BF2 maps, so just go mess around with that, it's awesome.

+123 doesn't replenish with some of empty CTF modes (ex. cor1_1flag).
I hope someone creates them, replaces my maps (ex. Jet Troopers' Hunt) in more exciting maps, or modifies my map to be perfect. Because +123 is yours.

off-topic:Because +123 is yours. Hello i'm DarthMan here to talk about +123. Are you have work stress, pain throghout your left leg, or random brusts of anger at loved ones? Well +123 can't help you there, but it can greatly increase you pwnage power and thats something you might need after all a broken leg, the loss of your job, and enraged relatives shouldn't keep you from whats most important the computer.
On-topic: ]v[ your mod ROCKS!!! I played it for like 3 hours (and missed dinner) this is one if not my favorite mod.

Sorry, readme.txt was imperfect.
+123 Mod adds a lot of modes to the map shipped as Kane13 said.
Or according to Teancum there is a possibility of not running correctly when installed with SWBF1 Pack. (I couldnt install BF1Pack1.7.8b though I tried....)

>>Teancum
Im glad as / proud of you will build +123 into your BF1 pack (1.8.0+), will co-op with you as much as possible, perhaps, maybe.

I don't have the SWBF1 Pack, but I have to place the folder in addon or in data?

>>EJMM
Place "BF2" folder in "...\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\addon".
(If "addme.script" file in "BF2" folder is renamed, +123 will not be loaded.)

Is there away to override odfs with the same way you override textures?
I am trying to put the right skins on every map, but to do that i need to the commander to use the trooper model on Utapau, ive got the skin to work, but i cant get the odf to change.

Perhaps there is no way to override odf/msh.
But the problem will be solved, if you find the method of making the LUA read/execute scripts including the following lines after SetupTeams.

Code: Select all

SetClassProperty("rep_inf_ep3_officer", "GeometryName", "rep_inf_ep3trooper")
SetClassProperty("rep_inf_ep3_officer", "GeometryLowRes", "rep_inf_ep3trooper_low1")
SetClassProperty("rep_inf_ep3_officer", "FirstPerson", "REP\reptroop;rep_1st_trooper")
Mission LUA of SPA6/7/8 might serve as a reference to this solution though I do not know how to.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I've been wanting to say this for a while and I wasn't able to before because I've been busy and I have yet to finish playing all the new modes(but I 'm getting close).

Anyway, the portions of the mod I have played are great with Coruscant Clone Wars Era Assault, Hoth CW era Conquest, and Geonosis CW era Assault being some of the more memorable modes I have played. However, I have encountered one big problem and one tiny problem. The big problem I am having difficulty with is the CW era Felucia Hunt mode, which crashes to desktop whenever I load it up. The tiny problem I have is with Felucia CW era 2-CTF in which the music sounds distorted. Other than that the mod is great and I compliment you ]v[ on a job well done.

Thank you for your bug report and playing my Mod.
I made patch files that corrected them.
But the problem of music might not been corrected yet, because the problem did not occur on my PC.
