Vehicle with door ?
I wanted to make a vehicle usefull for multiplayer, a big vehicle with a door in the back part of it, so players get inside and the driver closes it, like a carrrier or something, only with rocket launchers as weapon and close/open the door as the secondary,its possible ??

I'm not sure if that would work. The easy and efficient way to do something along those lines would be to set up a couple of passenger slots.

Yes, it's possible, but would it do what you want? No.
Units only move by their own power unless they are in a vehicle or pushed. Just because you are standing on something moving doesn't mean you'll move. If you're in an enclosed box, if it goes fast enough, you'll just glitch through.

Go over a tank, it will push you, thats most of what i want to do, only with a animated door, and i forgot to post that it may have a lot of slots too.And not so fast do push you out, ssllooww, vveerryy ssllooww.

It still won't work very well.
Also, unless you've got a group of people you already know are going to use your map in multiplayer, don't bother. Very few maps ever get played online, and those that do generally have very few people playing at a time. Since the AI wouldn't know how to use your transport, I'd suggest just scrapping the idea. Designing features for multiplayer gameplay only is almost always a waste of time for most maps.

Yea, I was thinking, just make the vehicle speed just low enough so you don't A. Slide out or B. not be able to go fast enough to keep with the pace of it.

Nope, its for my first released map that i hope to see it ready in a few months and maybe there will be a script for the AI to do it, and that ``dont bother`` sometimes people say it because they keep it for themselves, no thanks, i will do as i can for it.

Stick the door on the front and fly around scooping people up and dropping them in random places. I like it.
I've never made a vehicle, but I suspect that the only way to trigger the door would be to do it similarly to the landing/takeoff animations.
It would be hard to get the AI to use it (I can think of a few ways), but if you just grab them it wouldn't matter as much.

As Zerted said the only way to do it for a flyer is with the take off anim. The passengers would have to "enter" into passenger slots like the laat. If the just try to go into an opening and the door closes and you take off they will fall through the ship and usual blow up the ship. I know this from trying.
As for a hover the one thing that comes to mind is doing it with the fin animation (9pose).
You open the door when stopped and close it for all other movements. Thing is though as you speed up and slow down the door will open and close some. The passengers will probably still glitch through the sides unless once again they enter passenger or turret spots.
As well this is for the most part a respectible community and we don't say things can't be done just to turn around and do it ourselves. A lot of the ideas people come up with have been tried before by someone at some time and if they say it can't be done it is the voice of experience talking.

To be clear, i want a ground vehicle, ships dont work fine, if you move the ship goes down, i did in space without glitching, Mav saw it:
Some knows how to do an object like an unwalkable hangar shield?, i know i made it trought of one in the previous pic, but you know, what properties it use ?

That only works if a human player is inside the ship, because AI move and take down the ship, if you stay in one place it will not do it.
