Weird texture

Post by MandeRek »

Okay, this sucks a lot, since i want to upload the mod this is in tomorrow evening (so for me, over exactly 24 hours)

I had different meshes all enveloped to same bones, then Frag merged these for me in XSI ModTools 6, inscene; everything looks fine. But ingame gray spots fill the whole model! I can't figure out what's wrong.. Maybe someone knows a way how to find out? It uses 2 textures btw, and in XSI the model seems to have both materials with the correct texture with them..

thanks in advance, need help QUICKLY! :P

ive seen people use multiple textures on one model but i never trusted it, i always had every model as a single mesh with a single texture. thje gray sounds like something similar in JA when the text files (.skin ) had incorrect paths and couldnt find the textures so it might be that, check the .odf.
