once again, i'll repeat the last part... "CVG CAN EXCLUSIVELY REVEAL"....

so what if they've signed a deal with lucasarts?....that just proves my point even further...it will be Lucasarts to make an announcement, BY LAW.

The Irish kid's last paragraph is right (the rest of the post confused me), unless LA says something, SWBF 3 is no more than a rumor.

Lol, very good, Aussie_Irishman Yeah, why wouldn't they put BF3 on the PC? It owns all other systems.

Not in sales figures and online traffic it doesn't.

By the way, when does the Xbox 390 come out? I'm interested in upgrading from a 360 when it does. :p

lets not get into another "which platform is better" debate...all im annoyed at is that over the past 3 days, i've had to make the same point over and over again, and even the mods of this site have fallen for the hoaxes...they had something up in the front page about "battlefront 3"....i'm not against having a battlefront 3, i'm against the continuing war that people are putting up to demand it....these hoaxes are nothing more than a tangle of lies designed for the sole purpose of getting us fired up over NOTHING...

Uh... what? Free Radical has publically stated they're developing it.

@ Tao...umm, excuse me, but no they didn't....perhaps you should read this paragraph from the article again:

When contacted Free Radical declined to confirm or deny its involvement in the next Battlefront: "I'm not currently able to elaborate on the details of our recently-announced deal with LucasArts," said Steve Ellis, a director at the studio, only adding that the deal is "a project we are very excited to have been given the opportunity to work on. It will be awesome."

As i sed earlier, just because they've signed a deal with Lucasarts, that doesnt mean squat....for all u know they could be developing a game to do with Indiana Jones...lol

No Battlefront 3 for PC make Darth_Z13 angry......

One key factor your not considering: if BF3 doesnt come out for PC, the company will have to deal with a mob of angry modders. Many people buy Battlefront for PC becouse you can add new maps to the game, something that you can't do on another video game system. Lucasarts probably doesn't want to lose potential buyers that buy battlefront to make/use new maps on PC.

Wikipedia is NOT a site to be trusted with such things, and SWBF3 has not even been announced yet. Lucasarts has just teamed up with Free Radical for a new Star Wars game.

The reality is that NOBODY should be trusted but Lucasarts themselves on what game/release dates/what system a game will be on. So until then, all "Confirmed SWBF3" topics are locked.
