Munge Problem (no cp's)

Help me!!!! 
I did a clean and manual clean to fix the problem I had with objects not showing up, objects not disapering, and objects location not being changed. Now I can't spawn because of no cp's. What's wrong?
EDIT: Is there really none who can help me?
