Vehicle scaling and Ordnance properties

This is quite simple to ask, not sure about the answers.

1.- The AT-AT (and most vehicles I think) is too small in proportion with the real thing, is there any problem if we just increase the scale? it may need some 3rd person adjustements, not to mention the weapons could be glitched; suggestions?

2.- It has come to my attention that rockets can deal some damage while not going straight to a unit, that is, they just come too close, for that matter, is there a way to make an ordnance to pierce through lined-up units like the sniper rifle in Halo?

I think Beam weapons have a line called PassThrough, that works like a railgun effect.

Same option is on the award sniper rifle, it is so nice when AI cooperates and lines up 1 shot 6 kills.
