I'm not sure that it's really worthwhile (I have just never used the fake console), but I think what you want can be done. I've done this once before, and it removed most of the stuff from the 1.3 patch (I don't remember what specifically was left behind but the game still functioned as normal mostly).

You will need to do the following steps
1) Make a new folder outside of your Battlefront Directory to move files to in case you accidentally mess something up.
2) In your addon folder, remove the "AAA-v1.3 patch" from the Battlefront directory into the new folder you made.
3) Go to your data folder (within gamedata).
4) In your data folder, move any "custom gc.lvl" files, "user_script_10.lvl" and "1.3 patch strings.lvl" to the new folder you just made.
5) Test Battlefront to see what was stripped away (Should be most things from the 1.3 patch).
6) If something's not working right, restore files based on the steps above.

If what you want hasn't been achieved, you will need the original version of the "common.lvl" file, the "ingame.lvl" file" and/or the "shell.lvl" file. Someone with more knowledge than I do would better be able to address what those specific files do.

The fake console and freecam buttons are in the Zerted patch changelog for common.lvl. I wouldn't recommend removing that. But you might be able to get missions to load your own version of the pause menu instead if you look at this thread where someone removed them by accident.
