Dedicated server gets keeping the same problem...

I'm hosting the PC Dedicated NoEngineersAntiGlitch server. While I'm playing on it (with or without other people) everyone in the server, including me, loses connection at like the 4th or 5th game. I haven't really made sure which one, but by one of those games. Does anyone know how to fix this?
(Yes, I am hosting the server from the same computer that I am playing on.)
Also, not really too much of a problem, but at the beginning of the second game, the server manager always shrinks my BF2 to show the window that shows the current map being played, players, time that's gone by, etc. with the word "Loading..." Does anyone know how to fix this?
