This is better than we could've hoped for considering how hush-hush they've been about the release of these episodes. Slightly under a year since the show's cancellation and we can watch all the episodes at once? What a great surprise.
Synches up with the start of my spring break so the timing is perfect.

This may be a stupid question, but I haven't seen an answer to it anywhere - will the new episodes be posted on starwars.com as well? That's where I always watched the previous Clone Wars episodes, and I'd rather not subscribe to Netflix just to watch one show (although let's face it, $8 a month isn't a bad deal, and there's plenty of other good stuff to get into).

I haven't seen any mention of them being hosted on the official website, which makes sense from a business deal perspective.
But honestly, if you have the time and money to spend, I would go ahead and get a subscription. Of course there's a lot of movies, as you'd expect, but they've got a ton of great television shows on there as well so I think it's well worth the price.

Well, the news post about it that's actually on starwars.com doesn't say anything, so I'm going to assume not =/
Which, yeah, is a shame that it's not at least somewhat available to the masses with Netflix...

They often have a 'first-month-free' deal, so if you want to sign up take a look around the web for a free trial if Netflix doesn't post it directly.

Alright gents,
Sith hits the fan tomorrow, so I'd like to take this time to propose a new courtesy rule.
Since we're getting an entire season at once, we can't all know who's on what episode. So if you want to discuss parts of season 6, please please
please mark your spoilers with the episode number.
Something like
S6E##
Just so we're not stepping on any toes.
Fair?

Sounds good to me. I'm pretty busy lately so no idea when I'll get to watching them.

I'm making my way through the new episodes tonight, and I'm really liking them so far. One humorous moment from Episode 4:

Without going into any details, I thought these episodes were pretty solid and the animation seemed better than ever.
The Order 66 and Clovis arcs were both great and I'm particularly surprised by how much I enjoyed the latter arc, especially the third episode. Some great character development between Padme and Anakin and the politics actually had some substance to them! Why'd we get that silly droid arc instead of stories like this?
I'll have to rewatch the Yoda arc to solidify my opinion. Some great visuals and interesting moments but it might have been a little too abstract for me at times. The opening Syfo-Dias episode was pretty great, though.
The Bardotta episodes were definitely my least favorite. I liked how they were pretty much a giant homage to Indiana Jones, but JarJar just ruins everything and Talzin's role was disappointingly minimal. Nice to see Mace get more screen time, though.
