Can you convert google scetch up things into msh? I know a few people can, but can they?

If you have Google Sketchup Pro version, you can export it to .obj, then give it to someone who has XSI Foundation 5.0, who will be able to convert it to .msh.

Remember, ONLY XSI Foundation v5.0 and some other version (5.11 or something?) can export to .msh
