AI in vehicles run into walls?

I don't know how this happens but, when an AI unit is in a vehicle they will like to run into walls of some buildings instead of exiting the vehicle. I have barriers placed and set to ban everything where they like to run into but it seems that they ignore it. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Thanks

Have you set up planning for vehicles? If not, you're going to have to do so.

Yes, I have put the planning in but the hubs don't touch the barriers.

Ok, first of all, try to remember that a.i. does mean 'artificial intelligence' but that doesn't mean they are smart. A.I. are incredibly stupid creatures and I think if you want them to exit vehicle, you will be wrestling with your level for a long time! If I were you (I'm not), then I would just make a new path for vehicles to fool around in and not even let the a.i. in the tank go NEAR wherever it is. Set the barrier a GOOD distance away (remember that vehicles are sometimes bigger than your barrier. I hope this helps and I am actually giving good advice (and not talking out of my hat)

Ok, right now I'm not sure if I'm setting the barriers and plans correctly. How do I filter them to allow or deny only vehicles? Right now I'm using speeders.

Change to move mode in the barriers section of ZE, select your barrier, and change the filter types to include all except flyer.
