Storylines:

Clone Wars: The Battle of Alderaan is over, and the Repulic has emerged victorious. Therefore, the original objective, which was to get a shipment through to Alderaan, can proceed. Under the supervision of Republic troops, the shipment finally reaches it's destination. However, the CIS have already planned a counter-attack. From their secret base on Alderaan, they have launched an attack force to surround and infiltrate the city. With not many republic forces to spare, it seems like a loosing battle as they take on the overwhelming CIS army.

Galactic Civil War: After some imperial communication interceptions, the Empire has come to believe that the people of Alderaan are harboring rebel troops. To investigate the situation, a legion of storm troopers has been sent down to the planet's surface. As it turns out, there are rebel troops there, however, they will soon be taken care of. As for the people of Alderaan, they are to be punished later...with a new super weapon the Emperor has been developing.

Known Bugs/Glitches:
-the room in which the republic spawns in can be exited, but not entered. However, the base can still be captured

-Republic

You are fast with your maps and thats GREAT!

You should put more buildings as a background, cause the city looks too small.Nice models though.

omg i just dl it omfg! people get this now the units are so fun!

@Yocki: Yeah, the city is pretty small, but there still are quite a few buildings, it's just that they don't really cross you path as you fight. Most are off to the side. I made it so that the city doesn't go too far out because there's an artificial pool that I wanted to put that's a little out of the city.

@TheRocket: Units are by Schizo by the way, and they pwn! Oh yeah, and no, I didn't make those plants myself. I got them from yavin and naboo.

@yankeefan05: the serenity of the city and the hellishness of the battle contrast so much, it looks pretty weird from an outward glance.

just use the search function. Go to the folder and hit ctrl+f and type in flowers or brush or bush or foliage or something.

Hmm, looks simple and nice. Kind of like legoland or something.

You're still missing the texture for the sphere the fountain statue is holding.

Hey, it's not that simple, there's still interiors...oh yeah, and Darth Maul...that texture doesn't exist I tell you! I've looked everywhere, I even copied the entire naboo msh folder!

The texture doesn't exist. It's even like that in the shipped naboo map. I'll have to do that sometime.

And by simple I didn't mean easy. Perhaps a better word choice would be 'clean'. I meant simple in a good way.

clean? Well, there's a lot of buildings and stuff...some of the pics really don't do the map justice...I guess

Just played it. I love the buildings and the bueshes (if u know what i mean  jk). I really like the buildings. I wish the map was bigger though. Like be creative and make the buildings in more places and alot more of them. Well not too much. Put in like 22-3 more CPs if u do that.

This isn't my first Alderaan map you know. I've made two maps so far, and both are for Alderaan. I really want to get better though. I've been chasing that planet like Ahab and Moby Dick. I want to take your suggestions, and release maybe even a 3.0....but, do you think I should? Is it reasonable to chase this concept over 3 projects? Will people get...bored?
