Vimbar: Order 66

Jedi Master Varsnak was on the planet Vimbar when Order 66 was given. A force of Clones attacked the island where he was hiding and the local police are attempting to defend the Jedi, fighting on the rooftops of houses. The Republic has hired a Bounty Hunter to do their dirty work, but are paying him for every officer he kills aswell.

Need to do:
-possibly add more buildings
-fix buildings so bots don't get stuck, cover glitchy spots where bots get stuck, etc.
-add planning (this is gonna be hell)
-localize
-tweak everything

This looks really nice :D just wondering if the police are reskinned from the original naboo guards? i can't really tell from the pics, also are the troopers skins tinged green or is that the lighting?

Yes, they're naboo gaurd reskins. It is just the lighting, I made it really dark cause I like dark maps. :)

wow, the ze-shot looks great! the city.on-mountainside concept is really cool!
however you should really change the texture/lighting, ingame it looks far too muddy/unvaried to be believeable in my opinion.

Yeah yeah yeah, I know :P I knew this map was gonna be really simple, I mainly just wanted to get the idea out there. I will work on it though.

I added some background details and more land to prevent Random Water Crash Syndrome, and started adding planning and barriers. As you can imagine, it is hell. I'm losing patience, so I think I'm done modding for today, but I can see this map being done by mid-march perhaps.

Wow, I'm seriously excited for this one. If you need any help with beta testing or maybe a skin or exporting models or new player models or... ANYTHING! I'm right here!

this can become a good map but i think there is to much rain, green now and it is too dark

Excellent concept and execution, it truly looks great. However a few suggestions that could make the environment more realistic and exciting; remove the white fog in the background that came with your sky file it really doesn't fit (just remove the lines relating to fog in the .sky file), add some lights (or fire) across the map that actually give light changes to give contrast (this is often how professional mapmakers make night maps look more exciting than just plain darkness). Besides that you've done a great job and I will surely be downloading this when it is released.
