Whats a good texture maker that works on 64 bit?

How to create models in XSI and other 3D applications and make them work in Battlefront 1 & 2. Post models, tips for application usage and share anything XSI, 3DMax, SketchUp, etc.

Post by bamdur123 »

I have been making models recently and have been needing good textures. I have Adobe Photoshop CS5 and im not really that good at making textures for models. there is this software.
http://www.texturemaker.com that can make it but it does not work on 64 bit. (also photoshop texturing tutorial would be nice)

Does anyone know any good texture makers?

(not sure if i should be posting this in here)

Seconded ^ ^ ^

Mainly because its free. If you want the full deal, could just save up some money for photoshop.

Learn to use this well, there is nary a more powerful program out there (yet), and if you know how to use this well, you're at one of the higher points in the industry. There are thousands of tutorials on CS5 available, and since you (or relative/guardian) paid all that money for the program, it would be nice to be able to use it to the fullest extent. I've been fluent in CS3-4 since 3 came out, and I still don't know every cool trick in CS4 because the possibilities of what you can so with Photoshop are literally endless.
