Adding a side to other sides?

The side im trying to make requires CIS battledroids to be on the empire side with storm troopers, can't find any tutorials on thia, can i get a link or some directions? Thanks.

Do you know how to edit mission scripts?

You will need to edit your mission script to read in the units you want from the CIS side file and place them into the empire's setup teams section.
The mod tool's getting started guide Word document will walk you through basic mission script editing and I think explains the side loading and setup teams sections.
