Unfortunately I don't have quite the prolific work schedule as Maveritchell. A busy real-world schedule coupled with the fact that my 3dsmax license expired means that I get no work done at all.

But ultimately BA2 is the coolest and most fun mod I have ever made/worked on. It is basically like a playground for gamers, offering an interesting and interactive environment to have fun in (while still oriented at combat).

However, the goal I want to work on and address before summer is how to accommodate the Single Player audience. I know that coordinating multiplayer events on custom maps is a large task and occur rarely. So I need to find more ways to entertain a single person in a large battling arena. Problem is that the AI don't really like the new arena, hence why I need to work on some new innovative ideas.

Thanks for the interest people have showed so far. Hopefully this project will come to fruition sometime in Summer when I get more free time to mod.

What? NO! Dangit... Well, then. Time to use XSI?
Oh well, at least there's still the whole SP aspect you're working on. :D I almost never play MP, too many people who make such a big deal of it...

Wait, so you can get 3ds models ingame without XSI? You should tell Wilkos about that. He had a terrific Nu shuttle made in 3ds that he wants to get ingame.

Ontopic: YES! He's back! That gamer's bar looks twenty times better than the cantina model. You do have wave mode set up, right? That should entertain SP's. If not, Mav had a great concept for wave mode in his Dark Times mod.

EDIT: I, too, want summer, because I can't ride my bike without needing ski-mask, even though there's no snow and the sun is out :x .

No, you need to use XSI once you want to mshex it.

Well, you could have a Maze Mode, basically, run through a constructed maze before the time runs out. You could set it up to change the maze each time. Seeing everything alse you've done, I know you could make this possible. :wink:

1-Flag could be a training mode and assault for CW could be BF0 sides, if that's allowed by the others, and you're still on BF0, and then RvB era could be Spartans vs. Elites. Just ideas.

A training mode is intriguing, I have to figure out what exactly that would be though. That may fall into the category of Wave mode though.

More ideas:
-Bringing conquest back into the mix, into arena 2. With a new layout.
-Hamster tube layout in the clan mode, with refracted glass (like in Rhen Var's tunnels)
-Bringing spectators back, they can enjoy 100% seclusion in the new 2.0 Arena, along with the camera system, lounge, tv, bar, party games, etc.
-Spectators = local side. They will spawn in the stands to cheer you on.
-Spectator weapon = cheer, switch between things to say lol. Ill make sure to add an overheat value to dissuade spammers. They will also have a "use" weapon to open doors and flip panels.
