i have the steam bf2 version for windows 7 and every time i log in to play it, it crashes. It crashes when i select a map to play and i press launch it just crashes to the desktop. does anyone have any solutions ive scanned it for viruses and everything and it wont work, someone plz help!!

do you think if i contacted pandemic asked them 4 the 7 digit number on my disc and asked them for the installation code they would give me the code because i have a disc but my mom recycled the manual

The disc-based version will have the same problem on Win 7.

i guess i dont keep up wit da gaming world very well because i didnt know pandemic was dead lol but Teancum are u saying that Windows 7 has some sort of issue with BF2 that makes it unplayable or do u think i did something wrong in the installation?? im soo confused

try to disable the sound.

thx, I had the sound problem too, but everything I tried exept disable the sound made the game crash.
