Weapon for heavy fighters in space, based on Saitek's Force Stasis, disables starfighters/turrets in space. The problem is, when it 'freezes' (actually changes to an object) a fighter, they stop moving instantly.....which looks a bit weird if the fighter is going fast. Is there any way (while keeping online compatability) I could make either the frozen spacecraft move forwards (say at a set speed), or make the cannon disable the targeted ships controls instead? Basically make the hit ship fly straight forwards uncontrollably.

No, you can't change that. Objects in SWBF2 don't have any physics, so they can't move at all, unless they're animated. They can't inherit a velocity.
And unless you're doing it to every ship of the class you hit, you can't modify the movement values of a specific fighter.

would it be possible to turn that specific fighter into a prop that would move on an animated course?
Or would it turn all of that class of fighters into props?

"Turning it into a prop" isn't the problem here. By using the DeactivateObject command, it turns a single GameObject into a prop. You can do that to individual objects.
But no, you can't just "magic" an animation out of nowhere.

K, thanks for clarifying that Mav. This topic can now be locked.
