I use that little gadget sometimes, but mostly for bumps. Is it possible to add a Reason for Bumps? I always do Other, but I thought it would be good for the admins and mods if that was added.

I dont see that function pre made in phpbb3 but I will see how hard it is to add this custom function. good idea.
