Glad you like it!
The new version is full of changes. Includes:
- Royal Guard (replaces Shadow Stormtrooper on Death Star)
- Imperial Shocktrooper (replaces Shadow Stormtrooper on daylight maps)
- Maarek Stele (Imperial hero on... er... Polis Massa, I think)
- Melee Attacks (all non-droid riflemen, all non-droid pilots, Wookiee, SBD)
- Clone commanders with capes and pauldrons
- New weapons (better DT cannon, stronger chaingun, more efficient DC-17 pistol, scopeless Rebel pistol, DLT-19, DLT-20A, DD-15 light repeater for jet troopers, slugthrower E-11s for Rebel Infiltrators, beam cannons for CIS IG-88 droids... the list goes on)
- More vehicles on Geonosis
- Redone ARC trooper side (unfortunately, a little crashy)
- New units - Commander Oddball (Coruscant Space Campaign), Senate Guard (Coruscant Temple Campaign)
- New "secret" units (not referenced in any maps, sorta like an easter egg - Geonosian Pilot, Jedi Padawan Pilot
- New clone sniper skins
It's really cool.

I might even delete my extra GameData folders and just keep this one!!!!
are the names fixed though?

I wouldn't do that, at least not until we can get an online-compatible version. Which is almost impossible given the nature of this mod.

Unfortunatey, it might be delayed a couple days. I've fallen sick, and space CW crashes for some odd reason. I'm working on it.
I'm using Caleb's staff for the moment, but I would like that force pike, yes.
Unfortunately, I haven't done any work on localizations, as I want this to be compatible with Convo Pack. A new core.lvl would overwrite the Convo Pack's core.lvl. Unless someone would be so kind as to send me the localizations for the pack...
A DD-15 is a new weapon I invented. It uses a reskinned Alliance sniper rifle. It's supposed to be like an M249. It's really inaccurate while moving, but when you crouch it's decent. It has an extremely high ROF, and fires pistol rounds. 300 ammo. Pretty cool. And I also set the jet troopers to act like snipers, so they find cover when using the weapon.
And it's pretty much 100% unlikely that this mod will be online compatible. I'll see if I can put together a batch file to switch between the standard files and BFX files.
I've got a question - if someone set up a server with BFX, would it be possible to play it online if the people playing also had BFX? Or is there some other factor that prevents it?

ooh and for the localiztions why dont you release the mod with the convo pack core.lvl and then have a patch for people that dont have the convo pack

Nah, I prefer the flashing grenades better.
As to your second suggestion: Huh?

What I meant was that making a new core.lvl for BFX would erase all of the Conversion Pack's localizations.

no i mean make a seperate core.lvl for non convo pack users and release it as a patch or something
srry if my gramar is bad english is a secont language for me
and i forgot about the flashing grenades, they are way better than the normal ones

Y'know, come to think of it, is there any reason why all the units can't be made to act like a sniper? That would make them all take cover, right? Which I'm sure would be more realistic.
Edit: Yeah, he's the space commander at the beginning of Episode III.

Sure, all the units would seek cover, but then nobody would fight in the open. Imagine the concussion cannon platforms in Kashyyyk, brimming with units. That could be a problem.
