No one seems to do glamour skins anymore.
Here is one I worked for my "Republic Special Forces" Mod.
Enjoy!

Really neat skin! I think that green is a bit under-used when it comes to clones, since most green skins seem to wind up being "camo trooper" skins or something similar.

In my old map I had green clones and people complained...

The reason people complained wasn't because the troopers were green, it was because green doesn't really fit with a snowy environment.
Ontopic, that skin looks really nice, good job.

A skin I made for Glitch.
With proper glowmaps, this skin can more resemble this, which is what I based the skin on:
Expect B-2's with the same style of that soon too!
Just need some proper glowing for all the blue bits and it's perfect. One of my more...creative skins. I had well over 20-30 layers.

Is this too much dirt or too little or just enough?

Oh, there's dirt, but dirt done wrong. The dirt isn't in an area that makes sense. If the trooper had fallen in the mud, it would make sense, but his boots and calf armor would also most likely be caked in mud from walking in the mud.
For the record, a skin determined to be good or bad by whether or not it has dirt and scratches. It's determined as such based on whether or not it is done well.
That being said, your first clean shot on Coruscant looked perfect to me.
Good job.

Here's a simple makeover of stock Count Dooku that will potentially go into the next version of SWBF Evolved:
