Don't think so; although the texture to both of them can be found in the alliance and empire sides assets.

Although anyone could of made that, Skyhammer made a very similar texture which can be found in his effects pack:

The texture's name is com_sfx_laser_blueb.tga.

there is a MTT model included in the battlefront 1 modtool assets, its meant to be a vehicle but can be used a prop
