Embedding video in a post

I've seen it in many posts here at GT i was just wondering how to do it

You do it using Flash. Only staff members have the privileges to do it, though.

o ok so i guess could I pm a staff member with a link to the video and they could embed it for me?

The same Question i wanted to ask Teancum.

He embedded some Bionic Commando Vids and in that way it looks much better than posting a simple Link.
