Is it possible to have bots in Red Faction?

Greetings,
I just finished installing Red Faction in WINE. I'm wondering if its possible to have bot matches. So far I have found very little information regarding bot matches, except that it is not possible. I did find a video showing working bots, however there was no link to a mod. I know the PS2 version supported bots, I'm hoping the PC version will to.
Current Linux specifications:
Current WINE version (likely a bit outdated, although functional): wine-1.6.2
Current WINE "Windows Version": Windows XP
The game has been installed via Steam.
If anyone has any ideas, let me know.
