Wait a moment. What are you trying to use as the grenade's icon? What model I mean? If it is the same as the ordnance model(which is what it looks like), then using the stock thermal detonator rotation values won't help. The stock grenade uses a flat square, 2D model for its icon. If you use a 3D model then you have to figure out what rotation codes will work for it.

You see what you're doing wrong here, right?
Store all of your icons in a
single hud file and the double-icons will disappear...

OK! This question has already been asked. I think.
I chosed "hud_thermaldetonator.tga" as my icon. I think it's a flat one.

I tried the rotation-codes of FragMe! but nothing happens.

Hm...
And where should I place it if both teams want to access on it.
- Sides\Common
- Sides\Cis
- Sides\Rep
or another Place ??????????????
EDIT:
Some more informations:
my .msh was taken by
rep_weap_inf_thermaldetonator.msh (data_LAL2\Sides\rep\msh)
renamed to
rep_weap_inf_thermaltesla1234.msh (data_LAL2\Sides\rep\msh)
my .tga taken by
hud_thermaldetonator.tga (data_LAL2\Common\interface)
renamed to
rep_1st_weap_inf_thermaltesla1234.tga (now in: data_LAL2\Sides\rep\msh)
EDIT: No more ideas Gametoast?
