I think the taskbar's transparent in Vista too, no?
Also, don't get any of those little programs which make your taskbar transparent. They're resource hogs and pretty lame.

offtopic: for windows xp you can get a theme upgrade pack (free) that turns the xp version to win7. I dont have the link with me at the moment, but if i find it i can pm it to you.

I got confused at that as well. I think it means that it just changes the theme of your desktop to Win7 and doesn't do the actual upgrade.

Lol, if it's free, it doesn't upgrade your OS to Windows 7, it just changes the theme.
