Recently I was fortunate to attend a concert by Deadmau5! I took plenty of photos while I was there as I injured my back the previous week so I didn't do a bunch of dancing and/or jigs. :( It was a great time; it lasted from 6 pm to 1 in the morning. Excision also live-mixed an hour before Deadmau5.

I am pretty sure taking photos(/recording videos) of concerts is illegal. Either way, lol, what's with the Mickey Mouse, err...thing?

Professional photography and videos are. They let you take in point an shoot cameras. They check everything before you can go in. :? And this is Deadmau5, an edm artist who sways into the house genre. Here's a snippet of a piece he played at the concert, but hasn't released yet.

Niiice. Only concert type things I've been to were two Pink Floyd ones. They were trippy...dude.

Unfortunately no photos were taken.

If you're my friend on facebook, I'm tagged in some pictures of concerts, but you'll have to dig a bit.
Let's see, I've been to:

The Devil Wears Prada
Remedy Drive
Newsboys
Wavorly
SoSaveMe
Disciple
August Burns Red
Impending Doom
MyChildrenMyBride
The Crimson Armada
Set Your Goals
Texas in July

That's all I can think of. Pretty sure there were more. And I would love to go to a ton more. Metal concerts are my favourite.

I recently came across Berlin The Wall footage. I had no idea Thomas Dolby was cool until he keytar solo'd up Another Brick in the Wall. It was amazing.

i was at a gogol bordello concert and the highfiled festival this year, with a lot of great bands (the mighty mighty bosstones, skindred, 30 seconds to mars, flogging molly, seed, boysetsfire, foo fighters, rise against) i recorded two thrids of the rise against concert until the battery died and left me with the first 23 minutes. i was too close to the aplifiers and so the audio is really heavily clipped :-(
if i could get rid of it somehow i can post the video here, does anybody know how to do that?

If it's on an SD card then put the SD card in your computer (or the printer) or if you have a cable connect that. Then upload it to youtube or something(if that is what you're asking).

Personally I would strip the audio and go through audacity and keep it from clipping (then merge it back into the video via any video editing program you prefer) :P

I've been to several concerts in my life.

1 Sting concert, would have been the US tour.
1 Hall and Oats concert

And the two recent ones, the ones I truly remember.
The RUSH Snakes & Arrows concert(2007?).
The RUSH Time Machine concert(2010).

The two RUSH concerts have been great experiences to have with my dad. Time Machine was great, the entire Moving Pictures album live. RUSH makes really good Live albums, sometimes better than their studio albums.
