Ground texture too bright [Solved]

Post by redgroupclan »

I've been out of map making for awhile now, so I don't remember how to fix this problem I'm having where my Bespin tile texture is completely too bright. I have to stare away from the screen sometimes.
So what am I supposed to change in the SKY file or w/e that turns the texture back to a normal brightness, like in Cloud City? I already copied the contents from Cloud City's SKY file into my maps SKY file but the brightness of the ground didnt change.

Go into ZE, go to the COLOR tab and select a dark greyish colour, and make a layer of it over the map, or where the terrain is bright, always worked for me. If it's still bright, try a darker shade.

I've always done that but the area around me is still bright though. The only exception is the Kas2 sky, so I always use that one.
