I'm trying to get PE up and working. I have it in the lvl_pc folder. At first it would start because d3dx9_25.dll was missing from my computer. I could not find a copy of it so I had to download it.

I placed the downloaded d3dx9_25.dll into the same spot as PE but when I try to run it now I get "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."
