New maps and mods are coming out quickly. If you release something (even a beta) please post it here. Be sure to give details in the topic such as Map/Mod name and version
It is pretty good but there is one thing that bothers me:
-Clone skins. I like the new skins but, why didn't you change the arc commander, engineer, and (other unit I forgot the name of). The commando can stay as is. I just think it would be cool for all of them to have the new uber pwn versions of their armor.(if not too much to ask)
Other than that pretty awsome.
Played it, I really like the ARC rifle, though its plain black...
The sound is really good , but assault mode is lacking saber sounds and hits. And in 1st person mode, every ARC Trooper who is in 1st person mode have a blue plate armor on their arms, its a little weird since the ARC Captain is red and when I 1st person'd he's arm is blue plated.

Now that you mention it yeah, Jango's weapons crashes the game alot. My game CTD'd when I was changing several weapons from one to two and back to one again.
In the Magna Guard, its missing its explosion sound. Will ripping the magna guard sound from SW: RC be a copyright violation?
I don't know what possessed me, but I took a look, and I do like some of the stuff that was done. I really do like that many of the classes have the DC-15S as a backup. Good call on the new skins, and I love the actual need to duck and cover. I just have some minor criticisms.
1) Huge ammo supplies: It's nice knowing you have enough ammo, but it does still seem a bit high.
2) Why does the DC-15A fire yellow bolts? It's just one of those "wtf?" things.
Can I expect GCW Conquest to be as much fun?
As for First Person mode, I believe it's pretty much the same old routine as dealing with 3rd person. Then again, I haven't touched FP in a long time.
1) I'm thinking about lowering it since, after you think about it, when does the republic give some average group of clones the maximum weapon loadout? Do they even do that in real life to our troops?
I might give them a lower loadout to maybe 4 clips, but the carbine will stay the same (just found out that its rate of fire was a little too high, is that ok?)
2) That's the officer's DC-15A Heavy Rifle. His rifle shoots yellow bolts because I made it up, and it's cool.
GCW is actually kind of normal except the imps have the Commando, but that's it. I have to work on them a lot, but right now I'm worried about what it would do to the file size, so it'll have to wait.
About Jango's flamethrower, is it really necessary? It's causing all the crashing right now, which is a huge pain as far as I know.
And as for the Magna's death sound, I don't have that game yet (I want it though, it's great), so I can't extract sounds yet.
As a note, there are lots of screens on the first page, but too many. It takes a while to load and it is hard to read as the page is bumped down. If you could fix that...

And Majin's commando is not that hard to find. And if you really can't get it working look in the topic it was released in. I uploaded another version that worked for some people who couldn't get the original working.
@Phazon, I don't mean to say to you that your map is nothing special (it's staying in my addon folder ), I'm just saying that its a compliation of released content. But aren't most maps?
@phazon: I see. Yeah, troopers would probably only carry so many clips. I know GCW has barely been touched, but I was asking if it'd eventually have the same feel to it as the CW era does.
Btw, the rate of fire on the DC-15S is kind of high, but I don't think that's really a bad thing so long as there's something to balance it out. I think rate of fire should vary from weapon to weapon anyway, to give each it's own style.
I played it a few times, it was very fun.(Due to the ARC rifle) But I noticed that the republic back-up decreases very fast. I was moving around surveying the situation for about 5 minutes and my reinforcement count was 98-127, and the republic was facing supression fire from 4 command post. So nevermind the rate of fire, it actually helps to balance the reinforcement count.(I was using ARC Captain then)
@Darth_Z13: Excuse me? The skins were made a little differently than that. I used a color filter, then used a filter for the head, and then snarpened it. It's a little lazy, but I'll improve them later.

- Magna is no different, it's just the lighting that makes it look blue
But sure, I used other people's stuff and gave 'em credit, but at least most people (as in people who come here to download stuff) haven't seen this most of this stuff in any other maps, so it's original and used in a sense.
I'm actually planning a sequel to this map, but it'll take a lot of work. It'll be the Main Cloning Facility that was defended in the first battle, and it should explain some of the balancing issues in the map, so the last defenses fail, and the remaining clones have a last stand.
But for now, I'll fix any balancing issues for 1.1.
