How to get the XSI 5.1 license server to run at x64?

Does anybody of you know how to get the license server of Xsi 5.1 to run?
Does it mean it's impossible to start Xsi 5.1 on x64 because of the license tool?
I mean there is only a x32 version of the license tool.
Or I'm wrong? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Perhaps you already have a solution then let me share on it, pls.
