Sides not being munged?

I've run into the weirdest error. I was finishing up my map, cleaning the side req's, the world folders .etc, but now it dosn't seem that my sides are munged. I've even tried changing everything to default, but it still crashes on every mode/era. I manualy cleaned and I: would try another (which is probably what I should do) but due to the clone commando, it takes hours for a clean munge. I have not stopped any munges. Before the crash I tried modifying the HUD, but never copied the new ingame.lvl to my addon folder

im not too sure on the crash though. ive had similar problems and i believe they resulted because i messed up the req's somewhere (like copying and not renaming reqs etc.)

If you're making a side that isn't a copy of all/imp/rep/etc then you need to create a folder in /data_[MOD]/_Build/Sides

It worked perfectly before I started cleaning, my new side and everything did. But what's weird is even though I'm not loading from custom sides (for the units) it still tries to read from them.
I'll try a manual clean again but I'm not so sure it will solve the problem.
Also before I did the manual clean one mode worked, but only my custom side loaded on it. It was a hero assault and only the units from my tfu side loaded, not even the heroes from the convo pack
