Love that dino modern warfare picture. So funny. Love it even more when people play along.

This Q&A is pretty cool.

EDIT
People have been wanting to see Battlefield 3 on console for some time now and now they can. PS3 version from Jimmy Fallon's show.

The more important thing to take away from this, is the dedicated knife button where it stays out like in BF2.

I've played BF2 for a long time so I'ma definetly purchase BF3. But before I'ma go n do that,
I better download the demo-version, if they publish one, just to see if my computer can handle the requirements of the game.

I hope this game leans more towards the 1942/2 games and not the BFBC/2 games.

So far it does. I guess we'll know for sure when the beta drops in September.

I hope the requirements won't be too high, otherwise I'd have to buy a new computer. Do you think graphics with 1024MB will be enough for that game?? Because when watching the trailers I get the impression that my graphics are not gonna be able to handle that.

I hope to get it for the xbox 360, since there is no way my netbook can handle the graphics. It barely plays SWBF2  :runaway:

Still, I am a supporter of BF3 even though I can't play it.

THAT IS THE GREATEST GAMEPLAY OF ANYTHING I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!
Seriously. I don't think I've ever seen anything that looks like so much fun, and I definitely haven't seen anything that visually appealing in a long time. Too bad that probably means I either won't be able to play it on high or my fan's gonna have to be at 60% all the time :(
Whatever. It'll be worth it.

Coop demo from gamescom. You can open doors, with your hands! Hopefully thats not just singleplayer/coop. Coop gameplay is nothing special, as long as the multiplayer plays the same it looks Im fine. ;)

Co... Op? YUSSSSS. Playing Halo's campaign Co-op was always a close second to custom games with my friends in Halo 3, and about the same as firefight in reach, so having Battlefield Co-op is going to be amazing.
Also, a little off-topic, but how awesome would it be to be the guys who get to show off the games at E3 and gamescon and the like? Just getting to go up, on stage, with people watching you around the world, and talk about and, more importantly, PLAY a game that everyone else wants while they have to watch you enjoy yourself.

I'm very excited with that trailer. It felt like BF2 all over again.

If you're the type who likes showing his "power", it'd be pretty awesome, I know. :D

And I knew I could trust polycount:

I approve of this thing...and of how it damages the concrete-wall.

I honestly don't really care; my friends and I will probably just find a server we like, or get one if we can't find one, and play on it all the time. And when DICE says that this game has extremely fast boot-ups, I agree with them.

If the full game opens as fast as the Alpha did, then it's going to be very awesome.

Hated it during the Alpha. Honestly I do not want to have to install Browser Plugins and run it through Firefox/Chrome/IE.et al. Not being able to access an options menu before you get ingame on a server is also a big annoyance. As it is, the mouse sens in the Alpha trial was very low, but they even had the config file encrypted. Had to attack it with a Hex Editor to up the ingame sensitivity. Then the game decided it didn't like that and was unstable for 3 rounds before becoming stable with the adjust sensitivity.

Don't get me wrong, the gameplay was great, the 64 player Caspian Map looks awesome. However, as much as the gameplay is PC at its core. The frontend of the software and parts of the backend don't feel like it. Having to launch Single Player from Battlelog in Firefox doesn't make sense either. Origin running in the background isn't a problem, its having to use a memory hogging web browser (both Chrome and Firefox eat tons of memory) to do something basic all AAA FPS games have done on their own for decades, is a bit grating.

Game did bootup pretty fast, but not having to exit the game is still faster.

Cancelled my Pre-Order as much as it pained me to, but there are other games I can play. Just have to vote with my wallet.

Well that's unfortunate. The only retort I can say is, it's only Alpha, I'm pretty sure they'll fix alot of it before final release and know from the data they collected from the Alpha and soon the beta. It's pretty bad just judging a game if it's good or not while it's in just alpha with not all of it's features present.

But none the less, I do hope they fix that whole browser thing. It does sound like a pain. But I'm going to remain optimistic.

@Jendo7: Nice vid. I was expecting a part to show which part of the boarder they were fighting at in the game.
