Okay, so here's the current worklog. Pretty much all the stuff I have in here is final, but I might change a few things:

-Clones are Ep III Style

-CW - Mace Windu, Jango Fett

-Replace all but one Jedi Interceptor (yellow) with either other color Interceptors or ARC-170s
-Add V-Wings to CW
-Add Strike Bomber to CW
-Add K-Wing to GCW?? (maybe)
-Add Imperial Shuttle to GCW?? (to balance K-Wing)
-Replace some X-Wings with A-Wings
-Replace some Vulture Droids with Tri-Fighters

1. Jango Fett was killed on Geonosis. CIS hero - Droid Commander, for exaple
2. K-wing with shuttle - map will be unbalances. K-wing has more wearons.

Um... I think he knew that Jango died at Geo. He probably just paired the two up for this map for that very reason. Bespin wasn't even in any of the latest Star War films. So its kind of hard to accurately pair up two Heros that were in Bespin if non were ever even there. That is unless there were books/comics that say otherwise (I don't read up on that stuff).

EDIT: The Imp Shuttle (which is what I think you're referring to) has guided rockets (passenger), chain gun, blasters, and clustered missiles that usually kill instantly... I haven't seen a K Wing in action... but I think a Imp shuttle can hold its own if you have a pilot that knows how to fly it.

@ Y2g2006 --- Good to know the shuttle has some good firepower. I wasn't sure. They'll be matched evenly

@ JK514 --- I used Jango Fett because he is not on many levels that I have played.

If your pitting an Imp Shuttle against a K-Wing (now that I looked up a K-Wing)... I would say it all depends on the armor of each ship and how well the person behind each ship knows how to use that respective ship.

The same rules apply for any infantry, ship, hero, or anything else. If you don't know how to work it well enough... you'll fail.

Best way to know is to test it (which will obviously happen). I honestly feel though that any one transport can take out one another. Factor in all other elements into the game (assisted kills and what not)... it should all easily even out.

If the K Wing has more armor and is more manuverable... I'd say it would have somewhat of an advantage... but that doesn't mean it would be a total squash. Seeing as though I've never flown a K-Wing... theres a lot of unknowns. But the Imp Shuttle has real powerful cluster missiles.

Just have to wait and see... Sorry, I'm rambling. lol

yeah, well, technically all of those heroes die at one point in the story...

anyways, i'm definitely looking forward to seeing the kwing in action! is the moddel and texture all there for it?

Yeah, it's all there. But I'm doing the BF1 version, because I nearly had that finished, whereas the BF2 version doesn't even have weapons for the pilot, let alone other gunner positions.

Teancum,

Thank you for doing this map, its one of BF1 faves. XL makes it even better.

Out of curiousity, is it possble to mix textures? By this I mean using Rhen Var stuff but with Bespin map. basically everything te same on Bespin except it looks like Rhen Var (RHenVar: platforms?). It might be an easy way to make more mods.

Only one bug so far... The K Wing appears to be flying through the buildings.... lol

EDIT: In Two Flag CTF... The flags aren't in the center of the scoring zone. Some are so off (especially the clones) that I though that there wasn't one at all.

In GCW, in Two Flag CTF, the same bug is there as was before. When myself or the AI went to pick up the IMP flag... we were unable to.

On a side note... the K Wing isn't as overpowered as was expected. An Interceptor can take one out by itself.

I'll compile a list of bugs then since there are probably more. I'm off to take a break though.

Its probably a simple fix. There just isn't any collision detection from the looks of it.

Another thing you might wanna look into is the vehicle spawns in at least 2 flag CTF. I noticed a lot of exploding vehicles. Right when they respawn, they start taking damage. Funny thing about that is the CPs never change. :)
