Better, though the nature of that model makes the face look flat.

It's technically a new model, but it's much closer to a retexture, so here is Yavin IV Luke:

There's no reason to hide an image if it's not large and if it's the first post of the image. I did hide it in your post, though, because it's usually best to hide images in quotes.

Hmm. I like the hair (stock Luke's hair always bothered me, came out looking like an afro at times...) but model-wise the arms and wrists from this perspective seem a bit skinny. The texture is great.

It's definitely just the angle. The arms are bent on the skeleton, and the jacket's texture on the arms are close enough to constant to make it harder to tell that it's just the bend. Note how the left arm looks normal, and the right arm doesn't look the right.
Very nice job, Mav. And just wondering, but does the jacket actually end that far from his wrists?

No, it doesn't. Right now it's just using the default Han Solo template, but when I finish the model the jacket sleeves will be both bulkier and extended out to his wrists instead of his forearms.

Ah, perhaps that's what makes them look so skinny.

That red look a little too pink.
I pieced this together in a few minutes:
