3D analyze
Is it possible to use 3D analyze to play KOTOR 2 or RC? the only problem is that my graphics card doesn't have the pixel and vertex shaders, and the TnL, and almost any video card requirements. Everything else passes if you run the "Analyze your computer" prrgram on the game's start menu.

It should work although it would probably lag extremely bad but make sure you disable the things you don't have with 3D Analyze and emulate TnL.

Yes, but what do I select to run it? When the 3D analyze comes up, you have to select aprogram. Which one do I select to run it. I've been looking for a while, but I haven't found the file.

Re: 3D analyze
It depends on why you need 3DAnalyze. I know that I was introduced to it when I needed help running Lego Star Wars since my computer didn't have the pixel shader required. Naturally, I checked the button to force the pixel shader I needed. I knew that my video card doesn't do TnL, so I decided to run ZE through that to see if that would help with TnL forced, and it proved to come through. The bottom line is, what do you need to emulate each of the games? What do the games say you are missing?

Re: 3D analyze
For RC, I don't have the Pixel and Vertex Shaders, and for KOTOR 2 I don't have the TnL and OpenGL. Also, I know how to use 3D analyze, but I'm not sure which program I select to run using 3D analyze, like which part of the game do I have to select and then run using 3D analyze?
thanks

Presumably the game's executable (.exe). Browse through the game's directory to find it.

Re: 3D analyze
Note that it might not even run with 3D Analyze. I tried running the MoH: Airborne Demo with 3D Analyze and I still got a message saying I did not meet the video requirements even though I checked all of the check marks I needed to. Still for the most part it will run most games and the steps are easy, browse to the games exe that launches the game and click run You can find the path to that exe in a shortcut to it in the properties target box.. If you run it often save a batch file with your options to run the game. Its at the bottom where it says "Save Batch File".
