"Hostile Reinforcements are being depleted!" every mapstart

Every time I launch a game on my map, the announcer says "They're losing reinforcements!" or "Hostile reinforcements are being depleted!". I'm 100% sure it has something to do with a missing/incorrect parameter in my command posts, but I'm not sure what it is, any ideas?

It could be that your map has no neutral command posts, and one team controls the majority of the command posts. This is related to ValueBleed.

Ah, the Republic controls two command posts while the CIS only gets one. I'll add another for the CIS, thanks.
