Really stupid Zeroeditor question

I have one of the stupidest questions possible: Where do I save changes I've made?
When I save the changes I make to my map to the Dataprv1 (my modID) folder, it doesn't change anything in the BFBuilder AddOn folder (for obvious reasons, duh), so I tryed saving to the prv1 folder in the BFBuilder AddOn folder. This didn't help, because it put about 14 random files beside the folder.
So how do I save it so that it puts the changes in the prv1 folder?
