New Ords & Homing Missles

Alrighty my questions:
¤How do I make a new ord for a missle thats followed by orange rings that eventually fade out?
¤How do I set it so you lock your gun onto an enemy and the missle follows your enemy around until it hits?

The first one is just an edited particle effect and the second one is in the everything thread (i think).

Well the homing one i realized how to do right when i clicked submit :P But, edited particle effect? How would I do that?
