ZETools not showing up in XSI

I am using a windows 8 laptop.
I downloaded this template here: http://www.swbfgamers.com/index.php?act ... ;down=1371
I did everything in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvDMErh ... e=youtu.be and I did what the readme said, however, ZETools is still not showing up. (I hit the update button each time it popped up was I not supposed to do that?)
Do I need the latest version of ZETools for it to work? please help...
I also get a .dll error :'(
