Needed some sort of gunship for my Golbah Map (nantex fighters strafing side to side didn't really make sense....) so I threw this together....

Psawgen Assault Craft

Main inspirations were horshoe crabs, the existing CIS gunships (MAF, HMP) and the greek letter omega (the dome was originally a circle).
Still have to add landing gear and maybe some engine pods. I'll probably make a modified CW version as well (different weapons and paint job).

Took some time away from doing lowpoly character modeling to do some high poly character rendering:

Notice there are no eyes... cause the characters entire face except for the nose, is a stereoscopic 'ear' Definitely a WIP, but I am happy with it now, if anyone is interested I will be designing their armor and everything so look forward to it soon

I dont actually use XSI for modeling purposes... I use 3Ds Max for that, but this however, was done in Mudbox. Thanks for the compliment though!

I edited this model for one hour, its a WIP so far, i have to improve the skins, and make new ones too:
There is a line on the half of the model, its because i havent conected both sides yet.
