Will the Al follow planning through an underground tunnel with the hubs and connections above the ground?

it is my understanding that the third demision(up and down) is meanningless to bots, so it doesnt matter what level the planning is at.

ok, good if i had to lower them into the tunnels, i would have to start my map over. Thanks
