I use photoshop for all my skins.
Oh and that grass-stained one? I'm not quite sure how I did it, although as I remember it was really quite simple.
I really like how it turned out though.
If you'll notice, the parts that would most likely get grass-stained (the feet, the shoulder from taking a fall) are more stained than other parts.

And to use the skins, simply right-click on them, and go to "save image as..."
This will save it into JPEG format on your hard disk, which you can then convert to TGA.

link is broken because mediafire says the file is deleted and the gametoast download just puts me into the main page at the blacklight tango down review
