Customizing Characters
I know you probibly can't but because somebody probibly would have done this already but, can you customize characters like in Renegade Squadren? I know you can do skin packs and custom weapons, but can you customize your character ingame?

Only in a modded map in singleplayer. The game isn't designed for it, but its possible through messy, advanced hacks.
